Meet the owner, Gadi Rwayitare

Gadi Rwayitare was born in Brussels to his Congolese mother, Josephine, and Rwandese father, Miko. His family lived in Kinshasa, DRC until they were forced to flee in the early 90s, where they moved to the states. Gadi grew up outside D.C., then moved to Bloomington, IN for college where he met his wife Ruby. Post college, Gadi and Ruby lived in Fairfield, CA and Matola-Rio, Mozambique before moving to Raleigh in 2014, then Durham in 2019. The couple have three children. 

Gadi started Alexi Development in 2019 after years working in commercial real estate and purchasing and managing investment properties. He specializes in custom, modern builds. He is resourceful and diligent and loves taking on new and interesting projects.
